1. Introduction

1.1. We, DandyLoop Inc. ("DandyLoop", "We", "Us", or "Our"), respect the privacy of the Publishers which use of Our online application and/or plugin ("Application") and/or services ("Services"), and are committed to protect the information that the Publishers ("Publishers", "You" or "Your") share with Us.

1.2. We believe that You have the right to know Our practices regarding the information We may collect when You log into the Application and use the Services. The guidelines contained herein apply to Your use of the Application and/or Services.

1.3. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: BY USING THE APPLICATION AND/OR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY, INCLUDING TO THE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION (AS DEFINED BELOW). IF YOU DISAGREE TO ANY TERM PROVIDED HEREIN, YOU MAY NOT USE THE APPLICATION OR THE SERVICES.

2. Which information may We collect with regards to Our Publishers?

2.1. We collect two types of data and information:

2.1.1. Non-identifiable and anonymous information ("Non-personal Information"). To put it simply, we have no idea what is the identity of the Publisher from which we have collected the Non-personal Information.
The Non-personal Information We gather consists of technical information and behavioral information, including, among others, type of operating system, Publisher's 'click-stream' or searches on the webite or Services, type and version of browser or device, keyboard language, screen resolution, internet connectivity, details regarding Visitors traffic and advertising delivery, etc. With respect to URLs, We may collect the following metrics: time and date of creation, the applicable Publisher Account, referring websites or services, history of sharing the URLs via third party sites or services (including Ecommerce Platforms), etc.

2.1.2. Individually identifiable information ("Personal Information"). To put it simply, this information may identify an individual or is of a private and/or sensitive nature:

2.1.2.1. Personal Information which is being gathered consists of any personal details provided consciously and voluntarily by the Publisher. Publishers who are interested in opening an Account through installing the generic version of the Application may be requested to provide the following details via the registration form: full name, e-mail address, Online-store URL, Online-store name, information about their Products, category of Online-store, as well as place a snippet where the Publisher want the plugin to be.

2.1.2.2. Alternatively, the Publisher can open an account and signup to the Service via his/her Ecommerce Platform Account through integration with their Ecommerce platform (e.g. Shopify). In the event that a Publisher registers to the Application and/or Services through his/her existing Ecommerce Platform Account, then such Ecommerce Platform Account provides Us with access to certain information about such Publisher as is stored in the Publisher�s Ecommerce Platform Account, namely, certain public information and/or any other information which is detailed and displayed to the Publisher in the notice which appears during the "Log in" with such Ecommerce Platform Account process. Please read carefully such notice in order to understand what information is available to Us via the Ecommerce Platform Account. You hereby agree that such information will be stored even after the linkage to Your Ecommerce Platform Account expires, for any reason.

For avoidance of doubt, any Non-Personal Information connected or linked to any Personal Information shall be deemed as Personal Information as long as such connection or linkage exists.

3. How do we collect information on Our Publishers?

3.1. There are two main methods We use:

3.1.1.We collect information through Your use of the Application and/or Services. In other words, when You use the Application and/or Services, We are aware of Your usage of the Services and may gather, collect and store the information relating to such usage, either independently or through the help of Our authorized third-party service providers as detailed below. Non-personal Information is collected from Your device automatically, through Your use of the Application, once Your device is on and as long as the Application is running on Your device.

3.1.2. We collect information which You may, at Your discretion, provide Us voluntarily. We collect Personal Information when You, at Your discretion, decide to provide Us when opening an Account and/or when placing an order via the Application. We may also collect Personal Information when You register and open an Ecommerce Platform Account. When registering through Your Ecommerce Platform Account, You agree to grant Us access to Personal Information stored in Your Ecommerce Platform Account, as detailed above. We may gather, collect and store the Personal Information either independently or through the help of Our authorized third-party service providers as detailed below.

4. What are the purposes of the collection of information?

4.1. We collect Non-personal Information and Personal Information in order to provide the Services.

Non-personal Information is collected for, inter alia, the following purposes:

4.1.1.Creating an Online-store ecosystem where the Publisher can partner;

4.1.2.Making the best Product recommendations and drive optimal traffic;

4.1.3.Use it for statistical and research purposes and for customization and improvement of Our Services;

4.1.4.Marketing and promotion services in order to enhance the Publisher's experience;

4.2. Personal Information is collected in order to:

4.2.1.Enable current and future commercial related services;

4.2.2.Open an Account through the Application;

4.2.3.Be able to inform You regarding Our products and other services which may interest You, and to send to You other marketing material, transmitted to You through the contact information You provided Us;

4.2.4.Be able to contact Publishers for the purpose of providing them with technical assistance and support.

5. Sharing information with third parties

5.1.1.We may also share Personal Information in the following cases: (a) to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, subpoena or governmental request; (b) to enforce these Privacy Policy, and the Application Terms of Use, as applicable, including investigation of potential violations of them; (c) to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; (d) to respond to claims that any content published on the Application and/or Service violates any right of a third-party; (e) to respond to claims that contact information (e.g. email address, name, etc.) of a third-party has been posted on the Application and/or Services or transmitted without their consent or as a form of harassment; (f) to protect Our rights, property, or personal safety and those of Our Publishers or the general public; (g) if We undergo any change in control, including by means of merger, acquisition or purchase of all or substantially all of Our assets; (h) in order to provide You with Our Services and with related services; or (i) pursuant to Your approval, in order to supply certain Services the Publisher has requested from Us.

5.1.2.The Application may contain links and references to websites of others. We may, from time to time, at Our sole discretion, add or remove links to other websites. These links are provided solely as a convenience to You, and access to any such websites is at Your own risk. We may present links in a format that enables Us to keep track of whether these links have been followed.

In no event We will be responsible for the information contained in such links or websites, their practices are for Your use of or inability to use such links or websites or their services, or transmissions received from such sites. You expressly relieve Us from any and all liability arising from Your use of any third-party website.

Other websites may follow different rules regarding the collection, use or disclosure of Personal Information that You submit. Personal Information that Our Publishers provide to those other websites may be sent to Us in order to enable Our Publishers� use of the Application. We process such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Publishers should be aware that by making a Registration Process, other parties, such as other Publishers of the Application and/or Services may have access to their Publisher's Information subject to Privacy and Visibility Settings defined by the Publishers on the Publisher�s Ecommerce Platform Account and on the Application.

6. Third Party Service Providers

We may employ individuals and third party companies to facilitate the operation of the Application, and to perform services related to administration of the Application, including, but not limited to, maintenance, hosting and database management services, web analytics and administration such as:http://www.google.com/analytics/; https://mixpanel.com/;https://mandrillapp.com/login/?referrer=%2F; https://www.zopim.com/; https://www.adroll.com/, etc. We may share certain Personal Information with such third parties so they could perform their functions for Us with respect to the services and for industry analysis, demographic profiling, other commercial purposes, or to deliver targeted advertising about other products and services.

We use commercially reasonable efforts to engage with third parties that post a privacy policy governing their collection, retention, processing and use of non-personal and personal information. We do not control such third party service providers. Please read their terms of use and privacy policies to better understand their privacy practices.

7. Direct Marketing

You hereby agree that We may use Your contact details for the purpose of informing You of products, services and other updates and new features which may be of interest to You, as well as for sending You other materials to the e-mail address You provided in the Registration Process. You may withdraw Your consent via sending a written notice to Us by e-mail to the following e-mail address: sayhi@dandyloop.com, or alternatively following the instructions for removing Yourself from the mailing list which are available in the e-mail transmitted to You.

8. Deletion/Modification of Personal Information

If for any reason You wish to update or modify Your Personal Information You can do so within Your Account. In the event that You wish to close Your Account or delete the Personal Information included therein, You may do so using the settings of the Account (if available) or by sending Us an e-mail request to: sayhi@dandyloop.com and We will make reasonable efforts to do so pursuant to any applicable privacy laws.

We may retain and use Your Personal Information for a reasonable time after termination as necessary to comply with our legal or business requirements or obligations (including as required by applicable law), to resolve disputes and/or to enforce Our Terms of Use, all as permitted under any applicable privacy laws. Aggregated and/or anonymous data derived from Your Account may remain on Our servers indefinitely. We cannot ensure that third parties who gained access to the Personal Information deleted Your Personal Information and cannot monitor their use of such information.

9. Cookies & Local Storage

When a Publisher uses Our Service, We may use industry-standard technologies such as "cookies", Flash and/or Silverlight (or similar technologies), which store certain information on Your computer ("Local Storage") and which will allow Us to enable automatic sign-in to the Application and/or Services and make the Publisher's browsing more convenient and effortless. It is easy to prohibit the Local Storage option. Most browsers will allow the Publisher to erase cookies from their computer hard drive, block acceptance of cookies, or receive a warning before a cookie is stored. In order to erase or disable the Local Storage option in Flash or Silverlight You should use the settings option of Flash/Silverlight according to the specific instructions provided by the technology provider. However, if You block or erase, cookies, or change the settings of Flash and/or Silverlight, Your online experience may be limited.

10. Minors

The Application and/or Services are intended for Publishers over the age of thirteen (13). Therefore, We do not intend and do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of thirteen (13) and do not wish to do so. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any stage so that We can verify that minors under the age of thirteen (13) are not using the Application or Services. If You have reasons to suspect that We collected Personal Information from children under the age of thirteen (13) Please contact Us at: sayhi@dandyloop.com and will delete that information as quickly as possible.

11. Security

We take a great care in maintaining the security of Our Application, Services and Publishers' information and in preventing unauthorized access to it through industry standard technologies and internal procedures. Please note, however, that there are inherent risks in the transmission of information over the Internet or other methods of electronic storage and We cannot guarantee that unauthorized access or use will never occur.

12. International Data Transfer

We may transfer information collected about You, including Personal Information, to affiliated entities, or to other third party service providers (as provided herein) across borders and from Your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world. Please note that We may transfer such information to a country and jurisdiction that does not have the same data protection laws as Your jurisdiction, and You consent to such transfer of information.

13. Information received from Third Party Sites

We receive Personal Information and Non-personal Information from third party websites, such as Your Ecommerce Platform Account You registered through (" Third Party Information"), only if the following conditions are met: (a) the Third Party Information is necessary for the delivery of certain services You have requested; and (b) You have granted Us permission to use such Personal Information and/or Non-Personal Information.

14. Changes to the Privacy Policy

The terms of this Privacy Policy will govern the use the Application and/or Services and any information collected therein. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time, so the Publisher is encouraged to re-visit this page frequently. In case of any material change, We may post a clear notice on the Application.

Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective as of the stated "Last Update" and Your continued use of the Application and/or Services on or after the Last Update date will constitute acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, those changes.
